Based in Cambridgeshire, Design & Build provides bespoke building services across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

Who we are..

Nathan Davenport began his building career in 2004 at age 15, starting with work experience alongside a local bricklayer. His talent quickly led to an apprenticeship, and by 18 he had earned the prestigious Golden Trowel.

He went on to work with a respected local builder, gaining broad experience across all areas of construction and developing strong skills in coordinating trades and managing projects. Alongside this, he renovated and sold two properties.

In 2022, Nathan moved to Dubai, spending four years in real estate and expanding his knowledge of buying, selling, and property investment on an international scale.

Now in 2026, Nathan and his team combine their hands-on building expertise to support clients across a wide range of property needs.
